How to install it

Outlook (Microsoft 365, desktop & web)
  1. Click Copy signature above.
  2. Outlook web: Settings (gear) → MailCompose and reply. Outlook desktop: File → Options → Mail → Signatures…
  3. Create a signature named HFC and paste with Ctrl+V (Mac: ⌘V).
  4. Set it as the default for New messages and Replies/forwards, then Save.
Gmail / Google Workspace
  1. Click Copy signature above.
  2. Gmail → Settings (gear) → See all settingsGeneralSignature.
  3. + Create new, name it HFC, click into the box and paste with Ctrl+V (Mac: ⌘V).
  4. Under Signature defaults set it for both new mail and replies. Save Changes at the bottom.
Apple Mail (Mac)
  1. Click Copy signature above.
  2. Mail → Settings → Signatures, pick the account, click +.
  3. Untick “Always match my default message font” — this step is the one people miss; without it Apple Mail strips the formatting.
  4. Paste with ⌘V, then choose it under Choose Signature.
