How to install it
Outlook (Microsoft 365, desktop & web)
- Click Copy signature above.
- Outlook web: Settings (gear) → Mail → Compose and reply. Outlook desktop: File → Options → Mail → Signatures…
- Create a signature named HFC and paste with Ctrl+V (Mac: ⌘V).
- Set it as the default for New messages and Replies/forwards, then Save.
Gmail / Google Workspace
- Click Copy signature above.
- Gmail → Settings (gear) → See all settings → General → Signature.
- + Create new, name it HFC, click into the box and paste with Ctrl+V (Mac: ⌘V).
- Under Signature defaults set it for both new mail and replies. Save Changes at the bottom.
Apple Mail (Mac)
- Click Copy signature above.
- Mail → Settings → Signatures, pick the account, click +.
- Untick “Always match my default message font” — this step is the one people miss; without it Apple Mail strips the formatting.
- Paste with ⌘V, then choose it under Choose Signature.
